Welcome to Xcel Detailing! To ensure a smooth experience for both you and our team, please take a moment to review our terms and conditions.
1. Bookings & Deposits
A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure any booking over $300.
The deposit will be deducted from your final total on the day of service.
Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit is received.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours will result in the deposit being forfeited. No additional fees will apply.
3. Pricing & Quotes
All prices listed are base rates and may vary depending on vehicle size, condition, and service requirements.
Final pricing will be confirmed upon inspection before work begins.
4. Service Conditions
Services are weather-dependent. In the case of bad weather, we may need to reschedule for safety and quality purposes.
The vehicle must be accessible to water and power and keys provided at the scheduled time.
5. Liability
While we take great care with every vehicle, Xcel Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage or deterioration.
We are fully insured and operate with professional standards to ensure your car is treated with the utmost care.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you're not satisfied with the service provided, please let us know within 24 hours so we can make it right.
7. Request-Based Appointments (e.g. Ceramic Coating, Paint Correction)
Certain services, such as ceramic coatings and multi-stage paint corrections, require manual approval before booking is confirmed.
All requests are reviewed to ensure suitability based on vehicle condition and service scope.
A deposit (e.g. $200) is required once the request is approved. An invoice will be sent via Square, Hnry, or PayPal.
Appointments are only confirmed once the deposit is received.
Final pricing will be confirmed upon vehicle inspection and may vary depending on size, condition, or required correction.
These services may require up to 2 full days. We’ll confirm the timeline before work begins.
Cancellations within 24 hours of a confirmed booking will result in the deposit being forfeited.
