1. How do I book an appointment?
You can book directly through our website using our booking page. Select your service, fill out the intake form, and we’ll confirm your spot once your deposit is received.
Prefer to book over the phone? No problem. Just give us a call and we’ll get you sorted.
2. Do you require a deposit?
Yes.
Ceramic Coating and 2 Step Paint Correction bookings: $200 deposit
All other services over $300: $20 deposit
Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred if you give us at least 48 hours’ notice.
3. Are the listed prices fixed?
No — all prices are “starting from”. Final pricing depends on the condition, size, and level of soiling of your vehicle. We’ll confirm everything on the day after a proper inspection.
4. Can I send photos to get a better quote?
Yes — during the booking process, you’ll have the option to upload photos. This helps us assess your car’s condition beforehand and give a rough estimate.
5. What's included in each package?
Each service lists exactly what’s included. Some services, like Interior Only or Express Full Detail, don’t include shampooing, stain removal, or pet hair removal. These are available as add-ons for any package. The Enhanced Full Detail is the only package that includes shampooing by default, but stain removal and pet hair removal are still add-ons.
Optional add-ons like shampooing, stain removal, or pet hair removal can be added to any package for an extra cost — just let us know during booking or inspection.
6. Do you need power and water?
Yes, we require access to both power and water at your location to complete the job properly.
7. How long will the service take?
It depends on the service and condition of the vehicle:
Basic wash: 1–2 hours
Full Detail: 3–9 hours depending on condition of vehicle
Ceramic Coating: 10+ hours or more, including prep time
Paint Correction: 6+ hours or more, including prep time
We’ll give you a better estimate once we inspect the car.
8. Do you service all vehicle types?
We work on sedans, utes, SUVs, and wagons. If you’re unsure about your vehicle size, just ask when booking or send photos.
9. Can I reschedule my appointment?
Yes — just give us at least 48 hours’ notice and we’ll transfer your deposit to a new date.
10. What products do you use?
We only use high-quality professional-grade products. For polishing and ceramic coatings, we use trusted brands like Gyeon, NV, 3D, ShineMate, and more.
11. Do you offer ceramic coating maintenance?
Yes. If we’ve coated your car, we recommend maintenance washes to keep it looking fresh and help extend the life of the coating.
12. How do I pay?
Payment is due after the service is completed. You’ll receive an invoice by SMS or email with your total and payment instructions.

Yes — we can issue tax invoices for all services. Let us know during booking if you need one.
